Tasks to be competed and positions to be filled

Hi all

Here at the Seneca Gardens we have completed a lot of the initial work however we need the gardens to continue sustain-ably throughout the summer.

We need to elect a president, treasurer and secretary for the gardens. Anyone with past experience would be greatly appreciated if you are interested in taking a leadership role please email me.

The president should:
maintain relationships within the garden and external of the garden. They are responsible for planning special events, plan and supervise special projects. Overall help with the growth of the gardens.

Treasurer:
Responsible for holding and delegating funds where necessary.

Secretary:
Responsible for maintaining a written and pictorial records for the garden.

Tasks that Need to be competed:

1. Fundraising
2. supervising the gardens and making sure everyone follows the guidelines
3. Advertising/recruiting
4. Building of the plots
